The Prime Directive

Phased implementation of the Prime Directive

Phase 1. Ginko's Home will try to stay current on all new APH's by creating a Dorm Room as soon as information becomes available. She will be listed as (Pending) in the database until a hardcore scene is released. If she drops out of the industry prior to shooting any content, she will be moved to the Import Model, et al. section of the site.

Ginko's Home will attempt to provide accurate links to content resources such as personal and commercial websites, hosted galleries and fan threads. While "The Home" is affiliated with many of these resources links will be provided regardless of the status of our affiliation. More on this issue is discussed in "Collecting Asian Porn".

Phase 2. Ginko's Home will try to create a database of reviews of all media that were created prior to 1990. The selection of 1990 was based on analysis for data presented below. The purpose of this database is to identify outstanding performances of the girls so that collectors of the genre can spend their time, money and resources effectively.

Phase 7. Ginko's Home would like to create an extensive photo achieve of all APH's prior to 1990 to preserve

Phase 8. Ginko's Home would like to create a "Where are they Now" archive consisting of current photos, interviews and stories of their accomplishments and life after leaving the industry. Of course privacy concerns will be respected.

The Chart on the left plots the year on the horizontal axis and the total number of US/Euro Asian Porno Hotties on the vertical axis.

You can see that from a humble beginning of three in 1975 we now have over 400 hundred in 2008. This does not include the JAV girls or the Thai and Filipina amateurs.

The data base in under continued revision as new research becomes available, but this raw data plot shows the growth of the genre, at least as far as performers goes.

Ginko's Home as studied this data and noticed that there was an linear growth from 1975 until 1990 where the growth became geometric.

Ginko's Home as therefore selected 1990 as the start of the modern era. All this means is that the majority of our work in historic preservation will concentrate on the years prior to 1990.
